Volvo Scores Away From Home as XC90 Wins 'Company COTY' in Germany
Volvo's XC90 SUV has just
won the 'Company Car of the Year 2015' award in Germany (of all places), edging
out luxury car manufacturers such as Audi,
BMW
and Mercedes-Benz
on their home turf.
This particular award is run by fleet industry magazine Firmenauto and experts
at Dekra (a Berlin-based vehicle inspection company), and is based on the votes
of 270 German fleet managers.
After two days of testing, the XC90
came out on top, beating 62 other car models, belonging to 11 total categories.
